Chronic fatigue
Are constantly tired and suffer from chronic fatigue?
The topic of chronic fatigue is very complex and can have several reasons. The range can be from a simple lack of Vitamin D to hypothyreosis, sleeping disorder, infections or a severe unknown cancer. For these reasons a complete anamnesis, examination (with the usage of ultrasound) and blood testing is absolutely necessary. If you have results of other physicians please bring them with you, so that I can have a look at them to see what was already checked.
It is important to separate a severe disease from other reasons for fatigue. To do this separation you need a physician who has you in his focus and offers time and expertise. I can offer you both. In a first meeting we have time to light all aspects of your health.
Possible reasons for fatigue can be:
- Lack of Vitamins (for example D, B6, B12…)
- Hypothyreosis
- Dysbalance of Hormons
- Mitochondrial Dysfunction
- Dysbiosis of the intestine
- Allergies
- Gluten intolerance
- Sleeping disorder
- Immunological problems
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronical pain
- Lack of nutrient
- Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
- And so on
If you have problems with feeling tired or fatigue I can offer you one hour for a first consultation in my practice.
